Privacy notice

This notice explains what Seri Ringgit Motors ("we") does with the personal data you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send a form or tap a WhatsApp or call button, we keep: your name, phone number and email if you give them; the car you asked about; your message; details and photos of a car you want to sell; and the page you came from. We do not use advertising cookies. Saved and recently viewed cars stay on your own device.

Why

To reply to your request, arrange viewings and test drives, make offers on your car and help with financing. If you tick the box, we also send offers and new arrivals on WhatsApp; you can stop these at any time by replying STOP or asking us.

Who sees it

Our staff at the branch handling your request. If you ask us to, we share your details with banks for a loan application or with insurers. Our systems run on Cloudflare and PlanetScale, who store data for us under contract. We never sell your data.

How long

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, and sale records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or for a copy of it, and you can withdraw consent for marketing. Contact any branch, or write to our data protection officer at the address shown at our branches.
